Starbucks

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. The baristas do not care about their customers and they do not have a personality that is inviting. Every time I come here I feel like I’m being an inconvenience for them. It’s a shame because all other Starbucks all the baristas are very inviting expect for this one. And they seem to be closed at random times not their posted times

I stood in front of the Starbucks for a few moments, the girl said nothing. So I stepped away for a minute to check something out I came back less than 2 mins later and the girl turns around, says "sorry were closed". I say oh, it's ok and leave but I'm wondering what time it is? It's 6:48pm when I get to my car. They close at 7pm. I am not even gonna bother arguing with her but that is BS. Change your hours if you don't close at 7pm. I ha e worked in food/drink service and we always served until the last minute. I clearly got there with plenty of time for her to make 1 drink for me before she truly had to close. Very unprofessional.

I would have given more star but it seems like when I go here and want a newer drink they never have all the ingredients to make it or when I order a refresher drink they are out of the fruit that goes in it or its really watered down and you can see through it I once asked them to use less water and they said they can’t do that and that’s how the drink is made but I went to the other Starbucks and they used very little water. Other that the employees are really nice!
