Starbucks

3rd time ordering using the app and my order has not been ready when I arrive. This last time, I was given the wrong item. My actual order sat so long it was cold. SOME of the staff does not seem very welcoming, and will basically just ignore you. While 1 lady greats with a smile and a "Hello". I'm sorry she has to be apart of this one star review.

The staff are friendly and graciously answer any questions you may have. Yesterday, I ordered an Iced Tall Breve Caramel Macchiato and asked for Extra Whipped Cream and they followed my modifications perfectly. Super happy with the excessive whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top. Sometimes when I order whipped cream on top, the baristas don’t add a caramel sauce drizzle on top of the whipped cream. I enjoy eating whipped cream with caramel sauce. So yummy!

Why is the coffee so expensive!? It's very bitter, low quality beans. It taste horrible until you froth the milk and add lots of fake and real sweeteners. Oh, it's "fancy" with young cute unknowledgeable girls making it in a clean environment, I forgot, that supposed to make it better, but, people don't sit in this environment to drink it. Circle K and EVEN McDonald's has better coffee at half the price, ESPECIALLY IF YOU GOING THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH!

I love this place but the crew and staff in this location is totally un respectful, un friendly they are not the same of the other Starbucks around this area is friendly . I totally observe how they handle the customer I feel they treat only nice for there regular customer every morning,they look tired always there are not HAPPY WHAT THEY DO . "PUT LOVE WHAT IS YOUR JOB" specially your serving people, and they not aware in there surroundings they don't maintain the cleanliness outside and inside Starbucks specially the 🚻 restroom.✌️🙏🏻🌞☀️
