One of the best non dine in take out Chinese restaurants in Rochester. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their Udon noodles with chicken and steamed dumplings are my favorite and their prices are fair. A must try for Chinese food enthusiasts.
Bamboo Garden is the best Chinese Restaurant I ever been to. The food is super gr8 and the workers' manners r impeccable. They always seem to have a smile on their face. The restaurant is by far the cleanest restaurant I have ever been to. It is always interesting to see what the owners' cute kids are up to and look at their impressive awards on the walls. The food is very delicious and yet still cheap. It is a very good bargain and it tastes fresh. On a scale of 1-10, they r a 10 meaning that they are the best. My family and I never had to wait an outrageously long time even when they r busy. After the first time my family and I tasted their food, we decided that we r never going to another Chinese place. Why the hell would we? They r definitely worth the drive from Honeoye Falls. I recommend this place to anyone!!!!!
Flavor, quantity and cheap, and the best Wonton Soup in Monroe County. Once again I have found a pleasant surprise. I have commented in the past about great pizza NY style in Rochester. Growing up in NY city and quite spoiled in the world of a vast number of quality cuisines I am always searching for that level of yummy dishes in the Rochester region. There are some pretty good chinese restaurants around, but, the most recent find is in East Henrietta! BAMBOO GARDEN is the best chinese food around. Starting with their wonton soup, perfect, with numerous thick meaty wontons in a broth that is so tasty it more than satisfies the soup lover. All the dishes I have tried so far are quite good and the quantity will probably be more than you can eat unless you share. Expect to take food home for at least a second meal which makes it a bargain to say the least. It's worth the trip from wherever you live. You can eat there if you don't mind the smallness of it. Go for it!
Pretty darn good in a sea of mediocrity. Large portions, quality food. Seems like every corner has a chinese restaurant on it nowadays. bamboo has been around awhile but we finally got around to trying it even though it is the closest place to our house.
Very pleasantly surprised. Big portions and they don't skimp on the good stuff, like the shrimp. And what's more, when I reheated the orange flavored chicken the next day, it wasn't a big glob of grease and fat that had to be "melted" but still saucy and tender. That's reason enough to go back.

I've been coming here for years. They're consistently the best Chinese food in Henrietta. Great prices, insane portions, delicious food.
Wasn’t expecting much because of reviews but was completely surprised by the food we received. The soup was fresh and not greasy. The boneless spareribs were cooked just right and the sauce was just enough and not soaked like so many places. It was a more traditional sauce than the usual orange sweet sauce many restaurants use. Pork fried rice was light and full of flavor. Some of the better Chinese food we’ve had in a while and we travel weekly for work. I read bad reviews about these same dishes but the night we ordered, they cooked them perfectly.
The food is very well prepared, and the portions are generous.
My food was hot and abundant. I ordered the cashew chicken, pork fried rice, and a egg roll and it was okay but there was a lot of sauce. (I would have thoroughly enjoyed it with half as much sauce or less)
The employees were very friendly and it appears to be a local family run business. I will definitely be back.

Good take out food with generous portion sizes. I would say they are comparable to Jing Li on Mount Hope.
The portions for the price are exceptional. You absolutely get your money's worth. Food is pretty good, it's your average chinese food place, definitely better than a lot of asian food places in the area. You will not regret it
I was hesitant after reading the reviews to order from here on a Sunday evening but I am glad I did. Large portions and delicious. I got general tso chicken and it was a great meal.
They are a common take-out style Chinese restaurant but their food is the best around. I have tried many of the Chinese restaurants in the area and this one is the one I keep going back to. The prices are good and the food is great.
It can be entertaining to see what their kids are up to since they do their homework and other activities right there in the dining area. :-) It's not a place where you would generally choose to stay and eat. It's where you go for great food!
This is NOT a dining restaurant it is for take out or maybe quick lunch. But if you can't have MSG then this is the place for you. To be honest I could careless if they all had nasty facial expressions Im not eating their faces. The portions are HUGE and I dont swell up after eating because there is NO MSG. I have not had a problem with anyone there she always smiles at me. Food is great we go once a week.
