We get Captain D's every few weeks and it's always hot and fresh and the young ladies at the window are always fresh and ask everytime if we need different sauces
And I keep forgetting to get a little crackles with my fresh fish

I work at the TN School for the Blind and this store really showed out for us. We took probably 30 visually impaired campers for dinners and they were amazing to us.

I was just waited on by Tonya in the drive thru. I've never had such excellent customer service from an individual, especially in food service. Even though she was very busy...she gave exceptional service. People like Tonya are truly deserving of praise and if Captain D's were smart they'd give her a raise as she works very hard with a smile on her face that customers absolutely appreciate and makes a big impression. I've only found rude and unkind customer service reps in every type of business. Tonya is set apart by being so exceptional! I realize that I'll get a response by an algorithm from the "owner" of Captain D's saying they appreciate my business etc....but listen....someone needs to actually reward this woman in some way. I'll ask her the next time I go there to eat.
