Sonic Drive-in

Horrible service!! Waited for our food for over 15 minutes sitting on the tray getting cold. Tried to press the button to find out what was going on and no one would answer. Had to go in the restaurant to get my food because the carhop kept skipping our order. We were parked by the window so we seen our order just sitting there. The order was wrong. The cook came out and threatened to call the police if we came in the building again. Which we wouldn’t of gone in to begin with if someone would actually do their job. After that we asked for a refund because the service and treatment received was just horrible. We will never be back!

So I ordered from here tonight they didn't even bring what I ordered I called back waited 15 mins for them to bring me the right food hit the red button again I just wanted a refund the third time they brought me a burger it was supposed to be mayo bacon and cheese only how in the hell do u get mayo and ketchup people stop playing with our food pls

Ordered for three kids two adults, we took time to order so that order was RITE Buuuuut lady was adding other items to our order in-between what we were wanting, told her was wrong multiple times, asked her to please start over. Kinda got mad then when received order the burgers were very soggy. Make ya go Hmmm
