Service sux the food is so bad at times it's like playing roulette and it's not worth the money. And if you let them know they messed up in a nice way there rude to you. This is the mcdubble it was missing a whole party like I said so not worth going or recommending.

Ice cream machine is always down, it never works. Hit and miss on the food. I'm not big on McDonald's I just enjoy their Coffee. White girl with purple hair is the nicest employee they have!

Could not get my order right an no straws given for our drinks. Was told was out of large cups but was still charged go large for the meal. Did not give me a receipt or any napkins. The crispy chicken sandwich meal was a plan chicken sandwich with nothing on it so it was dry an the bun was hard. I repeated my order at the pickup window 4 times so the lady got kind of frustrated an just told me to take the bags that were incorrect. The girl that took my money at first drive thru must of had to get manager to give me change my order was $22.05: I gave her $102.10 an she didn't know how to give change. My assumption was that the Manager had got frustrated with the whole ordeal

As far as fast food goes, it's as good as any. However, there is a huge difference between the employees here, and the employees at say, Chic-fil-A. The employees at this McD location are among the rudest and least ambitious I've ever seen. Don't expect them to go an inch out of their way for you.

Not even going to give a rating. (It made me rate it) I find it despicable that people want $15 an hour to work fast food but can't make your food the way you order it and it's not fast food more like slow food. Now this is numerous times from this establishment where i order a quarter pounder with cheese no onions add mc sauce. Simple right? Apparently not! 3 times I've ordered this from this establishment and all 3 times i got a regular quarter pounder with onions no mc sauce. To be completley honest this establishment needs an overhaul or at the very least a manager that makes their employees do the job they are asked to do. If you make someone's food and you wouldn't eat it then why serve it to someone. I worked in the restaurant business for 14 years and this is absolutely ridiculous.

I place orders online and not one time have I received everything that I ordered. If I get a customized item it usually just has the wrapper inside out and then I get home and see it is not customized. I swear half the time I order pancakes, they are so cold and hard I could break a window with them. I can’t even get ahold of anyone when I call.

I know McDonald's is a busy place around lunch time. I went to drive thru for a McChicken add bacon,onions and tomatoes, a small fry and tea.This was at 11am,mind you my sandwich was great but the fries were,well not McDonald's fries that I love and used to were just not good.

How are y'all going to say you're open 24 hours when it's 1:20 in the morning on a Thursday and all the lights are off and y'all aren't answering at the drive thru or the window?! I will say when I've gotten food here in the past its been good so I won't be too harsh. Where y'all at though?!

The drive thru line was wrapped around the building, the inside was packed but clean. The service was extremely slow for a "fast food" shop. The staff appeared to be much more interested in conversing with eachother than helping customers. The fries seemed to be a combo of overcooked yet soggy (?). There was one employee up front (young girl) who was very pleasant & obviously concerned with the long wait. Noone else (employees) seemed to care. I will not return. Wendy's was across the street as was Bojangles.

Why do yall treat your employees like shit why when they call the home office they get suspended for a week what type of shit is that that new manager yall have in that store is terrible. You guys need to straighten up on how you treat certain employees before some one calls the labor board.

So, you want 15.00 an hour to be rude to me just because I asked for a rag to clean my table. Same person that took my order. Couldn't even look at me, couldn't smile, no respect. No wonder I get into such a bad mood.
