Mcdonald's

Could not get my order right an no straws given for our drinks. Was told was out of large cups but was still charged go large for the meal. Did not give me a receipt or any napkins. The crispy chicken sandwich meal was a plan chicken sandwich with nothing on it so it was dry an the bun was hard. I repeated my order at the pickup window 4 times so the lady got kind of frustrated an just told me to take the bags that were incorrect. The girl that took my money at first drive thru must of had to get manager to give me change my order was $22.05: I gave her $102.10 an she didn't know how to give change. My assumption was that the Manager had got frustrated with the whole ordeal

Not even going to give a rating. (It made me rate it) I find it despicable that people want $15 an hour to work fast food but can't make your food the way you order it and it's not fast food more like slow food. Now this is numerous times from this establishment where i order a quarter pounder with cheese no onions add mc sauce. Simple right? Apparently not! 3 times I've ordered this from this establishment and all 3 times i got a regular quarter pounder with onions no mc sauce. To be completley honest this establishment needs an overhaul or at the very least a manager that makes their employees do the job they are asked to do. If you make someone's food and you wouldn't eat it then why serve it to someone. I worked in the restaurant business for 14 years and this is absolutely ridiculous.

I place orders online and not one time have I received everything that I ordered. If I get a customized item it usually just has the wrapper inside out and then I get home and see it is not customized. I swear half the time I order pancakes, they are so cold and hard I could break a window with them. I can’t even get ahold of anyone when I call.
