Another horrible experience at this location. Not usually a complainer but I brought my 80 year old mother to have dinner by the fire on a 27 degree night. There was no fire (waitress said manager told her they hadn't had enough people dining to warrant her building a fire). The room was extremely cold - we ate with our coats and scarves on. Not many customers dining during the time we were there - Monday 6pm. We ordered a vegetable plate: baked potatoes were left over, they were out of sweet potatoes. Pintos were left over as well -very dry, no juice, they were still in the form of the scoop used to put on dish. Potato casserole was over cooked (probably left over too), very dry, my Mother could not eat. The corn muffins were made from old batter - they did not rise, they were less than an inch in height. My baked apples were very good and my Mothers salad was good. The tea was good as well. Upon checkout, I told the attendee and she told us she was sorry and this manager was not available. She said the former manager would have started a fire no matter how many customers were there.

I placed an online order to go about 2 hours before we needed to pick it up. When my husband arrived, the food wasn't ready until about 50 minutes later. When he brought it home, the mashed potatoes were undercooked and flavorless and the meatloaf was burnt. I submitted a review to Cracker Barrel, but never heard a response.
We love Cracker Barrel's family meals to go and this was the first time we've ever been to the Henderson location. I can safely say we will never be back.

Nice staff. Food was okay , kinda uncomfortable with a sign in the parking lot 😅 telling you to take all valuables inside. It was also kinda unnerving that I asked for no meat and in the gravey which maybe they already have it made but it has bacon in the gravey so couldn't eat it. And there were post to be free refills but the waitress never came to refill our cups,but maybe we're post to ask for the refills 🤷🏾♀️..

I ordered 2 vegetable plates to go. When I picked them up, I was so disappointed! Instead of putting the 8 vegetables into divided dishes, there was a bag of the little paper cups with the tops half on! The bottom was a pool of juices! The biscuits were wet! The food was cold. The grape jelly that I requested was no where in sight!
Please do better!! I regret the 15% tip😤

First time eating there since the pandemic hit. Very disappointed with alot of stuff. First the ladies room smelt very highly of urine. The men's bathroom had no soap to wash your hands. After we were seated, just looking around, the place was very unclean. Dust everywhere plus dirt and debris. The whole place just had that urine smell. The silverware was dirty. The food was OK. My husband's casserole was cold, one piece of trout was good, the other had an off taste. The food used to be awesome. The inside used to be kept pretty good. Just sad to see it go down

Don't go here. These are the reasons why.
1. 40 min wait to be seated
2. 20 min to get coffee once seated
3. 45 min to get food once seated
4. Eating pancakes was like eating leather
5. Chicken fried stake was badly burnt
6. Was offered no napkins for a family of 4 with kids
7. My baby was crying so I asked for my food to go and was not given even a fork
8. It took 15 min to get our check once we got the waitresses attention.
9. Our total visit here was 2.5 hours
I was excited to go here because it has been a good long while since we had been. But I will never be going back. I am so disappointed with this place.

We have been to Cracker Barrels all over the country and corporate needs to take a look at this one. After we were seated, we waited over an hour for our 3 plates (one a kids meal) and never were given our drinks. We were given water about 20 minutes after we sat down but never our ordered drinks. Two of the plates that came with the biscuits were dirty (crumbs and smeared food!). Our food arrived having clearly sat under the heat light for far too long- mashed potatoes had a weird, dried crust and chicken was very dry. Asked for ketchup for fries but we never saw our waitress again and had no water/drinks through our meal. We waited for a while after finishing and finally went to the kitchen to ask for our check and a box. So weird for a cracker barrel! We won't be back.

The worst experience I’ve ever had going there. My son took me and 6 others out for breakfast for my birthday. The server I had was named Ryan , he was very rude and ill mannered. We were seated first and he waited on everybody else first and then us last. He brought everybody biscuits and muffins except for us. We had to ask for them and he brought them out after we ate our food waiting for the check and he only have us 2 at that it’s 7 people at a table what are we going to do with 2 biscuits?? . I did not want to tip but 2 wrongs doesn’t make a right. I will not be eating here again
