DO NOT rent from this property or any other Ovation Property Management properties. This company is a complete scam. Originally when I moved in, I was quoted for a Bianca apartment that I fell in love with. It was a beautiful space and when I got ready to move in, I was told it was no longer available. I moved into a different unit because I already moved out of my current space and had no other options. At that time, the manager offered to move me into a sister property. I denied that request and stayed at Adiamo Apartments because I wanted the unit named Bianca. It has a breakfast nook and a fireplace. Instead I was moved into a Terricina, which had a completely different floor plan. I was told that in a few months it would be available. I stayed in the Terricina, only to be offered the same exact unit I lived in and was completely lied to. When I complained to corporate nothing was done. Do not get scammed by this company. Take your money elsewhere and use my experience as a lesson.

When I write a review it's going to be worth my time! First of all the customer service was Phenomenal! The young lady listened to my question and set my appointment the same day. I toured their 1 bedroom model and it was just want we were looking for. I've rented in the past and am excited about coming back. Good customer service is hard to find. I will be signing my lease with Adiamo once again. I will continue to rent through Ovation Property Management and I'm here to let you know if you want Professionalism, Great Customer Service and Affordable pricing look no further! The girls in the leasing office are on point. That you Carla and Andrea for showing the industry how to do their job. 5 stars, 6 if I could.

I’ve been here a month and the property is great. My unit is a renovated unit and is comfortable and very nice. Amenities are top notch. Beautiful heated pool and facilities are open 24 hrs. Office staff is great. Friendly and efficient Karen, Carla and Priscilla. Maintenance is quick and professional.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE living at Adiamo. The floorplans are beautiful and spacious. The grounds are well kept and even the landscaper is super nice. Carla is so kind and helpful and you can really tell that she cares about her property and the residents that live here. I have no complaints when it comes to my work orders either, they are so quick to come out and address any issue we may have. I recommend this property to everybody! A++ to the Adiamo staff!

Current resident: Have lived here for 2 months and have not one complaint. The office girls are so nice and friendly. When I came in for my tour, I leased my apartment in an hour and moved in the following day. I needed to move in as soon as possible and they were able to help me. They are fast and very good at their jobs. I definitely love the atmosphere Adiamo and their staff provides.
