Usually fresh food and nice staff. Depending on the time you go, there can be a few mishaps. I tried the KFC Cheetos Sandwich, and although I admit I would love it if it were made with Flamin Hot Cheetos as opposed to Cheese Cheetos, it was still good and surprised me. It is worth a try!

Had KFC today. Was the worst chicken I ever had. If I didnt know better I would think they were serving pigeon wings. Its ashame when the fry is double the size of the wing...I won't be back

It's fast food. People have gourmet expectations on dollar bill budgets. The restaurant was clean, the food was good and fast, and the staff was courteous. I gave it a 3 star rating because that is the top rating I give a fast food restaurant. I go there often for a quick meal.

My chicken sandwich had NO chicken in it—it was all breading. I drove all the way back to the store, was ignored when I entered, and then treated rudely by the ‘manager.’ I was told a new sandwich would take at least 7 minutes, so I asked for a refund. I was then informed that the other manager would have to called to ok this simple request. Several minutes later, she emerged and curtly told me that she would not refund the entire check—only the cost of the sandwich. (This was unnecessary since that is all I had asked for) I am sincerely hopeful that the camera caught the moment when she threw the change at me—it is too classic. Since leaving this store, I have enjoyed a delicious, chicken-filled Chik Fil A sandwich—the only chicken sandwich in my future. KFC has long been an American institution, but I am afraid those days are in the past if this store is any indication.

Went through the drive through 3/14/19 at Horizon Ridge and Eastern, Henderson and ordered a 12 piece meal. Half original, half crisp. When I got home there were only legs and 2 wings in the crispy and only thighs in the original. No breasts or thighs in the crispy, no legs or wings or breast in the original. Called the manager of the store and he said he cannot do anything unless I bring it back. As my husband is going through cancer therapy, I could not do that. Told him that. He did not care. No relief for this situation. I now will be a Popeye's customer. No more KFC for me.

The best KFC I have ever been to. Great staff, great food, and the cleanest location. I've been to several throughout the US and a few abroad ie Malaysia, Korea... 5 stars as far as KFC's go. It's not the healthiest place to eat but it is tasty as a seldom gluttonous pleasure.

The staff are very professional and friendly. They have always been that way at this location and others. However, I notice that they do not wash their hands between handling cash and boxing your food. This is a big no go for me and most people who are used to dining out. We all know that cash is very filthy. Just Google anything about germs and cash and you will get the idea very quickly. This happens at every KFC I've every visited. I'm very surprised that management allows this kind of hygiene. They really should know better. I gave service a 1 because no one is sanitizing or washing their hands prior to handling food after handling cash. Also sometimes, the biscuits are brick hard. Just expect better for such a legendary company.

Terrible service.
They couldn't get the order right and to my fault for not double checking as my chicken is soggy in lieu of extra crispy. They gave me two of the wrong side dishes and asked me to move to the front as the timer was about to expire as I was sitting in the drive through. Do not go to this KFC if you want your correct order.
