Dinning room closed at 8:30pm. Sign said should be open till 10pm. The workers ignore me at the door

The food was inedible. I ordered the 10 piece nugget combo. The fries and nuggets were fried hard as a rock. I didn't want to waste the rest of my lunch break driving back. I should have tasted it before pulling off I guess. Needless to say it went in the trash right along with my $9. It is the last time I will be robbed for sure.

Food was a mess & they forgot my fries. Also the worker at the second drive thru window was interacting with the car in front of us & both of them leaned out their windows & kissed each other. After the car got their food the worker was still talking with them for another few minutes & the customer in the car handed the worker a vape pen which she hit multiple times. After she got her fix she handed the vape back & we finally were able to pull up & get our food

My Last three visits here have been awful! I won’t be coming back. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Took 5 min to be acknowledged at the drive-thru…another 4 min to come back and take the order (which was an on-line order anyway). Got the salad home and it tasted awful! Ended up throwing it away.

Understaffed, so each car in the drive thru takes 5+ minutes. Got my food after 30min. Soda was under syrup'ed, watered down, since the soda was made when I ordered, 30 minutes earlier. It was Sunday at 12:30pm, so it's not like I was going at off hours. No receipt so I can't even review that way.

They need a better frosty machine or two frosty machines for the chocolate. In the past 6 months I have been there trying to get a frozen frosty and all I get is a melted one. They say they only have one machine and it is a busy store. This store seriously needs help! Melted frosties are not acceptable!!

Dine in is dirty, floor is not swept, bathrooms are not stocked or clean. Kitchen appliances look like they havent been wiped.
