I just moved into the neighborhood and have gone to this McDonald's about 6 times in 3 months and every single time they have made us wait extensively even for small orders. They make us wait in curbside over 10 minutes, in the store, and in the Drive-Thru they've had us pull over every time and wait for the food. Once they even told us they accidentally sold our order and they would start making it right away! The employees are nice, but slow.

The line was ridiculously crazy around 5:30 and had to wait an extremely long time for not many items. However the employee you had out bringing food out was a girl with braces and she was extremely helpful and polite and made the situation the best it could be, I appreciate people like this and your employees sticking it through during crazy times!

The food from the order was pretty great, nothing bad to remark but the drinks felt like they were just tossed t us with little care. The lady filled them up with the foam taking up more than half the cup and the cup was wet all over. I had to ask for some napkins to wipe it down. She hadnt given us a cup holder or straws and by no means was the lady rude but it did feel like it was just tossed together.

The restaurant and seating areas are always very clean and tidy. Some booths have power outlets you can use to charge your device.

i was well taken care of by keisha when i brought this to her attention. i wish i was lying but you do not steal from paying customers who gave no issues. i’m in customer service i get it, gives NO right for people to steal.

Drove thru the drive thru and had to drive around the front and wait for my food. Thats fine. But i got my food and was stuck behind other people who were waiting on their orders. We were literally trapped for 45mins. Ate in the car then sat another 20mins stuck. Insane setup you guys have in the parking lot. Wont return

It's a clean looking place and they are nice there, but they always forget something like napkins or fork or a hash brown. Guess can't expect perfection from a fast food restaurant that's short handed.
