Store was empty, but I still couldn't get service. Went in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee and waited 30 minutes for service. Coffee carafe contained leftover cold coffee from previous day. Server running this shop acted as if he wanted to lose this job. I had $100 in gift certificates I will never bother to redeem. Pitiful!

Dirty, offers breakfast but doesn't open until noon. Menu boards don't work properly. Frogurt is good and staff is friendly.

I’ve had better yogurt - great fresh fruit but the yogurt was sub-par taste. Good portions for price - but not worth returning.

Looked like an abandoned place first of all. Not a soul inside. It took a minute for someone to assist me. Go to U-Swirl or Yogurland! I tried the Mango Tart and have an awful aftertaste 😕

We come here often because they have delicious shakes! We also love their frozen yogurt. They have a good selection of flavors and we think the price is right.

THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A PISSY ATTITUDE TO TOP IT OFF! I moved here 7 weeks ago and will NEVER go back with my family of 6! You need to hire competent people who can handle being by themselves with a LOOOONG line of over 7 people and KNOW THE FREAKING MENU!! Good grief!!! Who owns this joke of a business?!?!?! In California Golden Spoons is TOP NOTCH! In Henderson, it's a joke! If this is a corporate store, you have FAILED!! If this is a franchise, you should be SOOOO embarrassed! If I was corporate, I would take this store away from you!

My family and I love Golden Spoon for there frozen yogurt. We have bought the yogurt by the singles and the pint to take home. I have had their shakes and thought they where delicious. I noticed they have expanded their products so there is a large verity of good thimgs to munch.

I love this place. It seems like a lot of young kids work there, but they've all been super polite and friendly. The fro-yo is tasty too!
