Great location, however my sandwich was disgusting! This was my very 1st visit believe it or not. I wouldn't go back again or frequent this sandwich shop at any location! There was no mayo, mustard on my bread, it was extremely dry! The salami is typical salami, provolone cheese was good. The lettuce was barely there. The tomatoes and onions were scarce. One tomato and two slivers of thin sliced onions. No pickles, even though I asked for pickles. I expect lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles on my sandwich along with mayo and mustard. I asked them what's on the sandwich, they said lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles, mayo and mustard. Well that was a massive miss. I can honestly say, I wouldn't go back to any location.

My first time to any JJ's and I gotta say I'm very dissatisfied. I mean, it's alright I guess, the kid that's on the register needs to be changed. He doesn't know anything about greeting, he doesn't have any knowledge about the food they serve or anything, I was asking him about some stuff and he would always look back at the kid making the sandwiches, let alone he had his mouth full of food, made me sick when he was talking to me, anyways, I asked about the number 17, all he told me was what I read on the board, like alright? Then the total was kinda ridiculous, it came out to be about eight dollars and something, but then I guess that was only for the sandwich, you buy the drinks and chips separately!! So I had to pay an extra four dollars! Twelve dollars for some bread and ham, stale chips, and flat soda is NOT worth it, I should of just stayed home, I could of made all of that there. Not coming again.

Normally they're great, but twice in a row now there's been an issue with drinks I've ordered. It took 40 minutes to get a drink they forgot, and then the cup wasn't even close to full. Idk if it's my luck or only sandwich service counts lately. The first time I had a cup of seltzer instead of coke. They fix it every time, but they take so long on a fix that my meal is done by the time I have a complete order.
