Cinnabon

This place was amazingly awesome on my most recent visit! Especially the young gentleman that served us. I'm remiss because I can't remember his name but he was very young and provided exceptional customer service. For this order, I'd used their app for the first time and upon arrival at the scheduled time, we immediately realized there had been a mishap on the app. As in, they were closed! My heart sank. I don't get myself a Cinnabon very often anymore, mainly due to the expense and not having a location nearby, so this had been planned out and even included a Mother's Day present for my Mom. I didn't want to believe that they weren't open. Maybe I was mistaken? Yet, the lights were all off, the display cases were bare and that beautiful cinnamon aroma was not wafting through the air. Sigh. I was frustrated and put off, to say the least. And then he appeared. And all was good. 😄 It took a minute but we were able to get our complete order, exactly as I'd planned and I was so impressed with the guy (kid, really) that I felt compelled to give him a big tip. He was even gracious receiving it. I hope someone reads this who can make sure his supervisors know the quality of service I received and the value in retaining such a wonderful employee. He did the near impossible - made an initially devastating experience morph into a highlight of my week. Well done, sir!

Went to purchase some cinnabons, very disappointed with the customer service. I asked IF they had some fresh ones and Krystal pointed at some on a rack in front and advised those were fresh, then I proceeded to ask how long ago they were baked which was at that point at time she rolled her eyes and said we bake them every hour. I would understand if i was being a rude customer but our interaction wasn't longer than 3 min. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I suggest training your employees better.

I was planning on taking some Cinnabon rolls out to my Mom’s house for a last minute Mother’s Day treat , surprised at finding the Galleria Mall location is not open until 11:00 am on Sundays! After waiting in the parking lot for an hour( the mall itself doesn’t open until 11) I proceeded on my journey and walked up to the Cinnabon counter and waited behind a woman with 3 small kids who were watching the employee rolling out the dough,and it appeared the lady with the kids in front of me was a friend of the employees and they chatted casually, occasionally glancing my way with a disapproving scowl. I moved in closer and excused myself for interupting them, and asked the employee what time the store opened. Another scowling glance”12”! I think I’ll find something else to give Mom on Mother’s Day because Cinnabon’s are not quite worth the efforts needed to acquire them on a Sunday morning!

I love Cinnabon, I come here at least once a month. Customer service is always kinda bad, but today was different. John was super pleasant! He greeted us with a smile was super friendly and respectful! I was very impressed!!! I don’t usually write reviews unless I was extremely satisfied. I came to the mall earlier at 2pm and passed by Cinnabon but didn’t get anything because I was in a rush. So I came back later that night and it was the same guy and even though it was almost closing time John still had a great attitude. Thank you John! He asked me about my pregnancy and wished me luck I though that was sweet!

I love Cinnabon and I want to state very clearly that the customer service is always awesome. But the one thing that unravels tasty pastries and friendly faces is dirty hands on my food. Use gloves when you deal with money and then go to prepare food. I wanted to throw up after watching food being handed to people with hands that had been god knows where. Please fix this.

Cinnabon what are you guys doing!!!! Great food but wow on the prices. So we get 6 cinnabons and its $24 but a box of 6 is $12?!? What the.... That is off don't you think!??? It didn't even look like you give the same icing from the boxed to the fresh. Different color. Not sure what you guys are doing..... *shrugs*
