Mcdonald's

The person taking orders and giving the food out is very Rude . She does it on purpose to make the people working with her laugh. You can hear them having a laughter party through the speaker. It sounds very unprofessional. She said they are only taking minimal orders because they are about to close. So we only ordered half our food. It was 10:45 pm and they close at 12 midnight. She said we could not order McFlurrys or ice cream either. How are they suppose to make money or keep customers happy with such awful experience. She’s very short on her customer service doesn’t let you finish the order keeps saying “that’s it that completes your order “.Only gave us 1 ketchup and no barbecue sauce got even more annoying when we asked for it. Manager should keep the workers from acting that way. Will not be returning to this location. Jack in the box knows how to treat their customers.

Hate this place rude manager. I showed her the hamburger hardly any suace nope thats the way they am like i want the one you show on the picture looks at like am crazy and if i get the crispy chicken i like it fresh and i ask around 3to4 times But NEVER. After i check they make me wait in another line for another 5 to 10 min

Went there around 930 at night and was disappointed. I understand Mickey D's is not a high class resturaunt but was met with people who could not close up shop quicker, even though they don't close until 11. My food was cold, and the simple things, like what sauce they asked ME I wanted, was all wrong. Night crew really needs to get it together. Like I said, I'm not expecting a 5 star meal but when I ask for no onion because I'm allergic and sweet and sour sauce rather than something else, I kind of expect people to be competent enough to make it happen.

I came to visit and i stop to buy my ice coffee and a small hot coffee went i went to get my order i ask for a straw the young lady told me oh No we don't have straws and i told her and know how i will drink my ice coffee she say just swallow..they need to be nice and make sure you dont have the things we ask for let the customers know you don't have ..i went and look next to sodas maching it was the last straw .they need more workers and supplies .

So I did a walk in, ordered food it’s smell like pee. ordered chicken sandwich they were hard. no ice in ice maker for drinks. didn’t get a cup when I ordered a drink then I asked the clerk behind to get ice she act like she didn’t want to help and I didn’t trust her as far as maybe putting something in my drink because she went towards the back so I ended up tossing it but they need to step up their game make sure the supplies is rejuvenated

The people who work here either look fed up with the job or have no idea what they are doing. It always takes longer than usual to get service here, management is not on top of anything. How is it that I order one coffee and the employee who is supposed to bring my order to me brings me two completely different orders before I have to walk in and talk to the manager about my order. Both the crew member and the manager had this "What am I supposed to be doing again?" look on their face when I told them my order and even when I show my order to the manager she looks at the screen for barely a second and asks "what did you order?" when it's right on the screen. They just don't seem to care. And it wasn't even that busy when I was there.
