Jack In The Box

I picked up my daughter from the hospital this morning and we decided to pick up something to eat. We pulled into the drive thru and ordered a 10 piece chicken nuggets, a breakfast burrito combo with a chocolate shake, a sourdough sandwich and 2 more chocolate shakes. We waited and waited and waited. I'm not sure of the time but a half hour at least. Several cars pulled out of line and drove away. When we reached the window I asked what the problem was. Three young men were standing there and we were told something to the effect that the computer mixed up all the orders. I saw the three chocolate shakes sitting there and asked if they had been sitting there long and one of the you men told me no, he just made them 2 minutes ago. Well the whipped cream was melted against the lid which looked unappealing and the shakes had definitely began melting. Not only that, all the food was either cold or barely warm. I didn't hear any apologies or anything offered to make it right and we paid $33. I suppose that these three young men did not have much experience and apparently there wasn't even a supervisor on duty. Needless to say, I am not happy with Jack in the Box.

Decided to go thru drive thru in the evening/kinda night. BIG MISTAKE tho, I waited 10 min just to get my order taken and embarrassingly waited another half hour just for the line NOT to move so I just left. Kinda ridiculous when there was only two cars ahead of me but a giant line of cars behind me. Corporate seriously needs to hire better managers and more staff to accommodate for those times. Before I finally decided to leave my place in line I saw about 5 other cars make the wise choice to not sit there for 45 min and leave.

The worst jack in the box I have ever been I only go there cause it’s close to me. They need a new manager or just get rid of all the employees. I have gotten all my sandwiches made wrong charged incorrectly and then they don’t give napkins like you gotta ask for them. In the morning it’s the worst please I encourage everyone not to eat here unless you want the work service and food of your life

Don't know what happened to this place, I feel like not that long ago it was the best jack in the box in town. Now the service is terrible. they haven't gotten my order right once the last couple times I've tried it. I was waiting in the drive through for 35 minutes before leaving without my food when there were only 4 cars in line.

Very disgusting inside. Trash on every table except one which was soaking wet with a hint of mildew from dirty washcloth. Floor was filthy. Employees were young and very loud could hear their entire conversation especially one that shouldn't be talked about in public. Very horrible job on the management's behalf.
