Usually order on the app to order pick up. Have always had my order ready by the estimated time given to me on app. Usually always get a bowl. Their hot salsa is a hit and miss. Sometimes it is just the right amount of spicyness or really spicy sometimes. Not their fault, just on the peppers, just a heads up, but really good on flavor though.

I love chipotle but this experience wasn't good. I ordered a steak salad and the steak was cold. Like it had been in the fridge. The tomatoes were smushy and lettuce not in good shape. I picked out what I could that looks a percentage decent bit after 2 fork full, I threw it away I live 35 minutes away...I'll change my review if this location can make it right.

Can't really recommend it. They give you about 2/3 of what other chipotle locations give you in terms of food. I wouldn't place a to go order, I would go in and watch them make your food so they don't rip you off. Tried going here twice, and it was rough both times.

Changing my two star review to four stars. This location has really stepped up its game! Food is now pretty much always hot and fresh. My only complaint would be that the portions are usually very small for the burrito bowls and I have to ask for extra rice, beans, veggies - pretty much everything.

Love chipotle! Ordered extra meat because I’m a growing boy. I think my bowl was 75% rice. Pretty weak of whomever was scooping

Great food, friendly service, good prices! Also appreciate the cleanliness & "modern" interior. I ordered a sofritas burrito bowl with black beans, pico de gallo, & salsa. Sofritas could have been warmer, but I still liked it anyway. And their customized nutrition calculator is AWESOME!!! I log all my meals into my Fitbit app, & their calculator was super helpful. Great place to go if you want healthy, authentic Mexican food at a reasonable price.

Do not eat at this Hemet location as if your life depended on it. I took one bite out of a carnitas burrito today and a shard of bone was sticking out which could have broken my tooth or even worse. I have no tolerance for this lack of customer safety. I will never trust Chipotle again!
