My visit started out with a rude individual at the drive-thru, rushing me to place my order despite there being no one else in the drive-thru. Come to find out that rude person was JOSE GUTIERREZ, the MANAGER of the establishment of all people. My order consisted of a family meal and a pot pie meal which made it over a $50 order. I received my one drink first which was supposed to be a Dr pepper with no ice, as I ordered it. It had ice in it so I kindly asked for one with no ice and they handed me a drink back with more ice than before, the majority of the cup was filled with ice and the rest of the way with watered down soda. Then when I checked the food, the gravy for my mash was literally spilling out in the bag where the pot pie was and the cookie that was supposed to come with the pot pie was nowhere to be found. I called the establishment to tell them about the entire situation and the MANAGER JOSE GUTIERREZ insisted that I visited the wrong location, because "they hadn't received any orders with a drink in a while." but I had literally just picked up my food 15 minutes earlier. I approached the situation kindly and wasn't looking to be told I was a liar. I hope this establishment figures out a much better way to commit to providing actual good customer service because what happened to my family and I today was unacceptable. JOSE GUTIERREZ is a MANAGER that needs to be properly retrained and taught that it doesn't take much to be kind to others.

The meat of the chicken was good but the breading was soggy and falling off the chicken. Sides were good. Service was poor. Cashier was not really rude but was not happy to be there. Just assumed it was to go even though we were dining in so we got the food all packed to go. Had to remind them that we ordered drinks so that they would give us cups. Think I'll visit a different location in the future.

The service was eh the speed was excellent but I was super excited about the mash potatoes and gravy and got no gravy ruined the whole experience for me. I like that they added the cookie in the box meal the biscuit was dry and to me the chicken was over spiced. 1 star is for speed and the second star is for price and third star is for the cookie 🍪

Read this apparently they make their "Fried to order" chicken up to 6 hrs before you order it. It sets out for up to 6 hours.. they throw it back in the fryer to heat it up when you order it. Not all locations do this. Very deceving in their "fresh" and "Made to order" advertisements. I wanna say its actully illegal. Sad.
