Wendy's

Good food but service was slow. I believe it was due to limited staff. The staff was very nice particularly the young man who took my order. He paid for an older couples meal just because and gave my child a Frosty that someone ordered but didn't pick up. I wish the drive-thru was open but not a big deal.

Stopped to feed the kiddos who were tired of eating in restaurants. Staff and manager were very helpful. They were out of ketchup packets but were kind enough to put some in to go containers for us since my kids don’t eat any other sauce on nuggets. Drive thru was closed but I understand as it is tough with staffing and supplies right now. Fries were hot and fresh, best I’ve ever had at Wendy’s.

While visiting Helen for my wife's birthday we decided to order from Wendy's which is very close to my hotel. Ordered and paid through the app. When I showed up the restaurant was closed. Closed during hours they said they were open. After waiting at the window for ten minutes while lots of employees inside walked back and forth (a few seeing us and ignoring us). They were all joking around, laughing and playing music. Finally a guy came to the window and said they were closed because they were short staffed. I counted seven people. I've seen a Checkers/Rally's operate with ONE PERSON. But this Wendy's needs more than seven?? After agreeing to give us our food, ten more minutes pass, I was given the wrong order. I recommend staying away from this place,

I rarely post reviews of chain restaurants. But this is the first Wendy's in 10 visits to get my order correct the first time. Every Wendy's seems to want to get rid of cheese. But the Wendy's in Helen actually listens and gets the order "single no cheese" correct every time. It's a small thing but is appreciated very much.
