Chick-fil-a

The CVG airport, Chick-fil-A, hours on Google need to be updated. Apparently this location is no longer open. This is the third or fourth time I have been here and they are closed. It is Friday at 9:31am. I don’t remember the last time I ate here since it’s been closed recently, but when it is open, the food and service is decent. Pretty poor management not to update their hours.

I went here once before a flight. The best part is the workers are friendly. The food was overpriced and weak. I got "grilled chicken nuggets" which were tiny pieces of un-breaded chicken and a salad. Both were really small and didn't taste very good. It's a fast food restaurant that tries to act like it's high quality and it's just not.

Chick- fill-a here at the greater Cincinnati Airport was simply terrific as always! No matter where that you find yourself if there is a Chick-fil-A you can still count on their quality, their wonderful service and great pricing. This is probably one of the best fast food choices that you can make for yourself as well as your family. I am a definite fan for life! As Always, Enjoy!

Two people behind the counter, two people in the kitchen, no one will speak to me for the first minute I’m there even though there are no other customers. Young lady behind the counter who I have disturbed from her conversation with the cute guy in the kitchen annoyingly asks what will you have. I ask for a grilled chicken sandwich. Girl turns to boys and kitchen you have any grilled chicken she asks. Grilled chicken but he replies. What do you mean grilled chicken what she asks....two more minutes of this fascinating conversation with no one speaking to me. I leave and don’t think they even noticed. Where did they get these people??? Not like any other Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever been to. Even desperate in this airport I’ll be going to the vending machines.
