Taco Bell

Don't even bother. 2/3’s of my order was missing and the meal I ordered was not the one I ordered. Ironically I was the ONLY ONE in the drive through line. Best yet, one of my tacos had nothing on it but meat. They clearly were not paying attention when making my order. You are better off running to the krogers next door and making your own tacos. At least you will save money, time and frustration.

The worse Taco Bell in probably the whole country. Somehow can’t keep employees or get employees. Not sure what the excuse is. They’re never opened. Most of the time they’re sitting outside or just hanging out leaving the store closed and potential customers sitting in the drive through waiting for a response that doesn’t come. The best case scenario for this location is they sell to ownership group that actually wants to try. Worse case which still may be best case they close down for good.

Taco Bell is pretty good place to eat, but the one in Hebron Ky needs to keep the lobby open most of the time when there are workers there. It sucks that alot of times they only had drive thru running and not the lobby. That Taco Bell is gonna lose business if they keep that up. Already hearing complaints from people I know that are tired of waiting in line at drive thru over 20 minutes before they get to window to pay. And that stop making the Mexican pizzas the first time around saying Taco Bell wasn't making enuff money for the Mexican pizzas. That was definitely the biggest lie I ever heard. Look how many people bought the Mexican pizzas we they brought them back. They are already sold out at a bunch of Taco Bells in Northern Kentucky and Ohio. Stop lieing to the customers. Thank you!!!!

If I could choose zero starts, I would. We just had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. We were asked to go through the drive through three separate times due to missing items from our original order. All of the food was incorrect, barely any toppings or missing topics and broken shells for crunchy tacos. We paid $40 for an order that was partially fulfilled. I didn't think service or quality could get this bad - I'm really worried about the longevity of Taco Bell as a whole, especially this location.

Tasted good but not assembled well and super messy was open late, out of Mexican pizza stuff because everyone has been dying to eat a flat taco and now there is a shortage of the ingredients used. Unsure how that happens when taco bell uses the same ingredients to make everything just in a different order
