We eat here at least once a week on our way to Salt Lake from Duchesne. The food is great. Melissa is a wonderful server. All the girls are great and know Lynn wants his hot chocolate. The ONLY thing that I could suggest is provide a paleo meal and advertise the fact The paleo diet is so popular and would be my choice as well as many locals.
Love the HUB, the food taste homemade, not fast food. The service is very helpful and friendly and the servings are very generous.
I love the atmosphere of the new Hub. The place was bumping, with great service and excellent food. We had the Braised Short Ribs, Crispy Chicken Thighs, and Half Roasted Chicken. I recommend for dinner, and we can’t wait to have a family brunch there soon!
The food was amazing! The country fried steak was made in house and fork tender! The scone was fluffy and cinnamon butter was flavorful and even better than I remembered. The place is so clean and the decor is wonderful. The new Hub will definitely be our regular place to eat!!
Stopped in here for breakfast on our way back to Salt Lake. It was so good. I ordered the country fried steak. The gravy was fire, and the steak was cooked perfectly. The parking lot is a little small if you are in a truck or large SUV. Great place to stop for a cozy breakfast or brunch!
What an outstanding experience. I decided to try it out on re-opening weekend, knowing they are still getting things ironed out. We were thoroughly impressed! We came for breakfast (but will soon return for other meal occasions!). The french toast and pancakes were excellent - clearly made by a skilled kitchen and bespoke ingredients rather than a cheap, run-of-the-mill diner. The Huevos Rancheros were also fantastic, very skillfully assembled and full of flavor. Can't wait to try more from this delicious menu! The service was cheerful and prompt. The decor was impressive. After being completely torn down and built up again from scratch, this is now one of the best eating facilities in Heber City. Quite tastefully done with all of the lighting, accents, flatware choices, etc. They spent a lot of time and care making this grand re-opening special, and we absolutely loved it!
My father brought me to the #HubCafe in Heber a few times on our way to camping and other travel when I was a wee lad. I asked my husband if he wanted to go there on our trip today. He was supportive of going to places of my history. We had a great, big breakfast. My husband ordered the #DenverOmelette which was brimming with lovely ingredients and accompanied by a huge supply of #HashBrowns and a #UtahScone aka #FryBread which came with yummy house made cinnamon #HoneyButter he really enjoyed it. I ordered the Flank #SteakAndEggs with a beautiful fluffy pancake and enjoyed the not to sweet #boysenberry syrup. I asked my eggs cooked easy over, and they delivered. The meal also came with crispy hash browns. The Hub provided big portions and delivered great service. My #Coffee was frequently filled. It was good food at a rekindled memory. I’m glad My Husband encouraged going to the Hub Cafe.
We were extremely happy with our service and meal tonight at The Hub. The revamped Hub is beautiful and still pays homage to the OG Hub menu and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Huge portions, delicious food, great service! They did a fabulous job on the renovation. We’re thrilled to have another great eatery in the valley. This will for sure be our new breakfast spot.
My first visit to this restaurant. The staff was overwhelmed but very courteous and attentive, way to grind guys!
I ordered the French toast with a side of bacon and it was incredibly good!
Apparently it was the first day back from a total renovation and the place looks great! The owner asked for thoughts and opinions which was great.

I felt like they thought maybe we were celebrities… 7 of us, they were very attentive, kind and the right amount of engagement as they accommodated our many and varied requests. For one, 3 of
us asked for mayo, we
wanted to make fry sauce for their scrumptious French Fries when they noticed that that was what we were doing, they said, we have fry sauce, let me get you some! He served us several individual servings on a plate!!!
Our family loved being there together, for lunch!!!
We also love supporting local!!! 3 of us from the Heber Valley, 4 others from SL, they are very glad they traveled up!!!

Pleasant staff, beautiful renovations with higher end finishes, with that being said the pricing is quite a bit higher, we spent over $65 for two. The crispy boneless chicken thighs and asparagus tips plate was delicious; however, the dish would be much better if they used half as much on the oil, the Salmon plate was cooked perfectly. All in all, we would recommend the Hub for a nice dinning experience.
