They were very busy but we didn't wait too long for our order. The food was good.
Simply cannot say enough about their gizzards!!!!! ALWAYS had been worth the trip to get lunch.
Tragically, I had lost my friend/trainee/co-worker/employee/brother-in-spirit to a fatal crash late last year. 8 months later, I happened to be by there at lunchtime, so decided to go. Memories almost prevented me from being able to go inside (and broke down a little bit), but he dearly loved Sun's so I went into this wonderful restaurant he first introduced me to. Still as good as I first remember
Gizzard are delicious(all i tried with them). My half order was enough for 2 people!!
I ordered the lamb chops - first time eating here but not my last. The lamb chops were delicious. The rice was snd grilled tomatoes were perfect. They did not disappoint!
OMG...the chicken livers were to die for...crispy and well cooked. Half order is served with onions and rice. The half order is over flowing...my only suggestion with the half add either brown or white gravy. We also had a full order hot braised chicken wings (generous portions at least 15 wings). My only suggestion would be less salt/sodium in the recipe. Also if you decide to try this restaurant place your order in advance...we spent 30 minutes in the drive up window. Staff very courteous. And yes I'm coming back again to try other items!
Absolutely some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. I've been eating here for a better part of 30+ years and it's still amazing. I've since moved out of state and this is one of the handful of spots I hit when I'm back home. 1/2 order pork fried rice and Crab Rangoon 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😋.
