Tim Hortons

You would think that running a donut promotion would mean the freshest donuts around but at the Hazel Park Tim Hortons you will be sadly mistaken. The donuts I received were both cold - obviously from refrigeration. From the texture I would say they were at least 2 days old. Bottom line . . . disgusting.

The worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, there is a man that works the drive-through and inside the store. He has given attitude every single time I’ve ordered my things, they’re always out of everything, and I understand it’s hard sometimes to keep everything in stock, but when asked about alternatives he gave attitude and was extremely rude the entire time I was dealing with him. He took half of my order , helped someone inside and deleted my order and tried taking it all over again while giving me attitude that he didn’t have what I already ordered . I had to leave the drive through because I didn’t trust getting food from him.

One of the worst places I’ve ever been. They have incredibly rude staff members whom have no problem disrespecting anyone, literally anyone. I’ve witnessed staff members, no matter how high or low their position at this company insult both customers and other staff members with no regard for that person or their feelings at all. Not to mention how horribly the staff talks to and treat one another. The boss and main manager has been witnessed yelling at customers, women, and his own staff members on several occasions. Not to mention the cops are called often on employees for unnecessary reasonings, such as being defiant to his verbal mistreatment or expressing their frustration with work conditions and treatment. Last but certainly not least, the icing on the cake for me is the horrible conditions the store is kept in. I’ve witness Donuts being dipped in chocolate without a glove. As well as tons of bugs such as flies and roaches.

Making coffee is probably one of the easiest thing you can do. And at this Tim Hortons they have failed making coffee. I asked for iced coffee and they just poured hot coffee into ice. Instead of shaking the coffee with ice before pouring into the cup like how you supposed to do. Now my coffee is watered down and gross. Just don’t go to this location if you don’t want to be disappointed.

As always I enjoyed and savored every single Tim-bit in my box. Perfection as usual. Unfortunately the 4 Panini I ordered were not made properly. The bread had grill lines but the bread was floppy and soggy. The entire sandwich was sour to the taste buds and not in the good way. I love sharp cheddar but the taste was overwhelmingly unpleasant. I love Tim Hortons but I will never buy another Panini and I'm to scared to order anything other than donuts from now on.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons around. Will no longer go to this place because of how frequently they screw up the orders. And their Drive Thru people are incredibly rude. When you tell them you need a second to look at the menu, they'll just keep demanding to place your order. Was even told to hurry up while giving my order. This place is just flat out trash. They can't even make a panini right. The biscuits are always undercooked on their breakfast sandwiches. The list goes on.... Sad excuse for a restaurant with terrible staff. 9/10 times I go the order is wrong, poorly made, the drive thru person has an attitude or some combination all of these. The one at 8 & Dequindre is much, much better. I would give this place negative stars if I could. Shut em down and replace them with something better!

Crowded during peak hours. Mornings and lunch hours specifically. There decently quick but the quality is lowered in exchange for speed. It's rare they get your sugar/cream ratio correct in your coffee during peak hours. Parking area is small which collides with their drive-thru line, and becomes a traffic jam. Overall, I like Tim Horton, but the hustle and bustle isn't worth it during peak hours.
