UPDATE!! My husband has FOOD POISONING! I am calling cooperate!! 3/12/2022 3/11/2022: I just went through the drive thru worth my car full of kids. Mind you my infant was screaming the entire time and only one other car was waiting for their food but the wait was insane.. i ordered 5 meals, mine was the crispy chicken sandwich... the chicken is so cold and soggy im not even going to eat it and my fries are stale... not to mention i had to ask the woman multiple times for my drink that came with the meal i ordered. Finally she realized she was wrong and that i ordered 5 meals, i should get 5 drinks and gave me a small... i ordered a large but at this point I'm so done with the service i just left. complete waste of $9. Kids dont seem to mind their food and my husbands meal seems fine but mine, disgusting... I am very disappointed

It's been a while and I was craving a double, so I stopped in hoping things had improved. Boy, was I wrong. I ordered in the drive thru and ate nearby. The burger was cold. The fries were cold. The Diet Coke was cold, but it was also watered down. More than $10 for a crummy lunch I could not finish. No receipt given. Not coming back. Ever.

We waited at the speaker to order for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of the long wait, then waited an additional 15 minutes to get our food. When we got home we realized that we did not receive the two chicken sandwiches we ordered, instead we got two burgers. We also did not receive one of the three drinks ordered, but we were so done with the situation we drove off without it. There were maybe two cars in front of us in line when we pulled up, no there should be no reason for the incredibly long wait, not to mention no apologies. Also would like to add that they did not give us a receipt, so I'm not sure we would have been able to go back for our actual order or a refund anyway.

Wendy's is somewhat known for being the ONLY fast food baked potatoes but for 4 yrs, every time I wait in line for them, there are NO potatoes. I can understand BK running out of meat a week ago due to covid issues but how difficult is it for a chain offering potatoes to not have any ever at any location I try for 5 yrs ?

I ordered a #6 spicy chicken through the drive thru only to get home and not be able to even eat the sandwich. it was at least 2 to 3 days old or left over and reheated in a microwave. I could not bite into the chicken on the sandwich, it was like rubber. I tried to contact the store and there was not a manager on duty to speak to. I have photos that i am sending to the oakland county health department. This store needs to be shut down.

Ghetto when we arrived there was people smoking weed by the door with the door half way opened! Clowing around with the workers, attitude from workers! Food was NOT cooked all the way! And when we called to complain the manager hung up and was rude so my husband called back and the manager apologized. Apparently before I called five minutes prior he received the same complaint! I've only had bad experience with the second shift ghetto crew! The reason they received a star because the manager did apologize! But we will NEVER go back! ***UPDATE *** 5/27/22 BETTER SERVICE! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND THE ORDER WAS CORRECT ,HOT AND GOOD! THE STAFF WAS GREAT!

Gas is way too expensive to have people waiting in line for 15 plus minutes just tell them that you’re out of multiple items like mayo and Frosty’s. I can’t eat Wendy’s without Mayo or a frosty so I just waited 15 to 20 minutes in line just to be told they don’t have any of the things I was waiting for. This Wendy’s also never has ketchup packets smh 🤦‍♀️ This is the Wendy’s that is closest to my house but I always have to go out of my way to a much further Wendy’s because this one is always out of Frosty’s which is the main reason why even go to a Wendy’s in the first place .
