Edit: Corporate has been contacted and Taco Bell upper management has been informed. You guys can’t flip people off and act like that. This is still a job I don’t care if Taco Bell doesn’t pay you enough. Newsflash, nobody is getting paid enough but none of us are allowed to flip people off at our jobs. it’s not just that but the constant attitude, constantly closing and sitting around laughing at people and not doing any work riding the clock, canceling every mobile and doordash order, and making it completely impossible for people to get food on a constant basis. People are only going to Taco Bell because they don’t have a lot of money to spend on food otherwise they wouldn’t be there. Why would you want to treat people who don’t have a lot of money to eat like that anyways? If I don’t receive a response back from the owner tomorrow I am going to contact corporate to address the situation. None of the staff that are working tonight should have a job after this because of how disrespectful and unprofessional you are not just tonight but every visit to this location. This is unacceptable. If things don’t change, just look at all of the reviews you guys have.. this location needs to be restaffed, new management, BOTH or completely closed all together. The people of Hazel Park are sick of all of your attitudes and how you’re acting. Look at the comments below mine, I’m not the only one who feels this way.

The last four times I went to this store’s drive through they found some way to screw up my order. This time they failed to even notice it on their system. And when I showed them the order listed as “being made” at this location, in their app, I had to wait another ten minutes while they attempted to find it. When they thought they had, they gave me some random person’s DoorDash order. I gave that back, then waited another five minutes while they continued their search. By the time I got my food, it was cold and they had the nerve to treat me like I was being a bother. The consistency of incompetence at this location can only reflect back on the management. Perhaps all the way up to the franchise owner. A fish stinks from the head down. Avoid this place. They are willfully incompetent, and no one involved with this location seems to care.

Being a resident of this city for my entire life I’ve watched this franchise slowly turn into the worst Taco Bell in the country. I say that having regularly travelled across the country for work. In the past year, I’ve waited in line for over half an hour with less than six cars in the drive-thru. Rarely is my order correct if ever. The employees treat customers like trash regardless of how polite you are. On several occasions they don’t even acknowledge I exist after taking my money. Dozens of times I’ve been handed my food while they are half turned the other way talking to their coworkers and forgetting my drinks. I’ll have to wait to get their attention and they give me an attitude because they forgot my drinks. The inside is a dump, trash in the floors, self serve kiosks covered in filth, they refuse to take a direct order from a customer for food. They’ll give you an attitude if you even suggest to them to take an order. Management needs to fix this store or close it permanently.

I work nearby and every time I come here the line at drive thru takes minimum! 30 mins or more. This is the only location that the doors are locked and do not pick up the phone when you call. The employees are under 18 and seem to not care at all even when I complained to them. I’ve never been so mad getting my food.

The last 2 trips to this taco bell have been bad. The photo is from last week. This is supposed to be 2 orders of fries. A little light on the fries. Tonight, my black bean crunchwrap was beef even after I corrected the order on the screen. Funny part is I almost ordered with grubhub, but since ordering that way is never right, I hit the drive thru. Jokes on me. 4/3/22 Fell for it again. Was in drivethru at 5:30pm and they closed on me so they could all watch the police situation happening in the parking lot. I had to watch the cars in front of me get their food before I could get out of the drive thru. When I did, all the employees were watching the action. If this isnt the worst Taco Bell, I'd hate to the one that is. Thank you for wasting my time.
