Taco Bell

This place is aweful. I spent 65$ Thursday night only to get home and 1/2 my order was missing. I called back and spoke to a manager Brittney and she told me everything was in the bag cause she packed my order. I told her what was missing and she proceeded to hang up on me. I called again and the same thing got hung up on. I went back through the drive through sent another 24$ to get the rest of my order. After receiving my food I ask for the manager and told her I pay for everything I have and I don't appreciate her acting as though I was lying to be told next time I will comp your food just ask for D? Nope not again I will NEVER go to that place again.

This place is the worst! Never open when they are supposed to. 4 cars outside at 9am supposed to open at 7am. Line of cars in the drive through and people are just sitting there. They don’t tell you they aren’t open. Theres no sign. Just rude and unprofessional!! Not to mention they are always out of their promotional item!

Ok so my rating definitely changed. The past 3 visits, a months time maybe. Last time the drive thru wait was well over 15 minutes and 2 of my potato bowls had 10 tiny potatoes in them couldn't see them under the glob of cheese. Tacos were wrong. Now this morning the woman at the window, name starts with a D. Not the most pleasant person to speak to and judging by the appearance of my daughters food (it's posted) after they zapped it in the microwave cooking it to the wrapper she obviously dropped it and stepped on it before throwing it out the window.

Best customer service team running the drive thru window. They always go above and beyond to ensure my order is accurate, and today because I mentioned I was pregnant and then had to share my chips and nacho cheese with my son, I ran out quicker and so I went through drive to get another order and they gave me two little packs of chips and a full cup of cheese! They really know how to make a pregnant woman & a 6 year old happy! Thank you guys for being awesome! I hope your bosses give you raises! Because you all deserve it!

For once, I got what I ordered, correct items in correct quantity in the drive-through. 3 times out of 4, I end up either holding up the line of customers behind me or having to go inside. I have learned that you are wise to check your oder before you move. I used to get home and find I had someone else 's order ALL the time. I will rate these guys again if I feel they are actually getting better.

Always at this time an hour these guys get my order right an out to me quickly so that i can enjoy my hot whatever it may be ordered that time ( of course pulled over to enjoy not.driving and eating) truck music sittin an eatin my T-Bell meal sippin that ice cold Dr.Pepper fountain fresh (Damnnn) sounds refreshing dont it?? Heck yeah it is an was lol so make that run for the border you dont need no nothin but some change and a hunger for sum supper
