As a fellow Iowan I could go on forever, but I'll keep it short and simple. This is a hidden gem! Very welcoming, clean put together space. Great service, Great food, and not to mention the owner is as genuine as it gets. Simple food choice.... GET THE CRUSTED WALLEYE! Never not had fish fried in my life and that meal blew past my expectations! Bout as short as I could make this!

In town for a short assignment for work and was searching for somewhere to grab a good, somewhat healthy breakfast... When my wife and I arrived there was a very large group that had just ordered prior. Our bartenders (who I am assuming are the owners) let us know there may be a little wait. We had waited less than 30 minutes to get our food, and yet, they were still very apologetic it took that long. So much so, that they gave us our second drink for free. Blown away by the customer service we received. It is awesome to see that despite difficulties with staffing, they were still so attentive and friendly and held their establishment to a very high standard. You can tell they have established a record of good service as they were greeting customers by name, dishing out hugs, and creating a welcoming environment. Will 100% be back!
