Good location at 32010 Dyer St, Union City, CA the IHOP is a very good option for your breakfast, lunch or dinner! Good price, service and quality food with many varieties of omelets, pancakes and drinks!

My visit was pleasant. The food was delicious. I just had pancakes & fries and both were great! I wanted to get more all you can eat pancakes but they were so filling I couldn't get a second plate, start you with 5! The server was attentive and courteous. I went there around 3 pm & it wasn't busy at all so that was quite nice. This is a great place to go for casual, inexpensive but very good dining anytime.

What is it with servers and attitude? I swear I came in to dine alone, being polite and humble in dress and manner. The server must have taken me to be meek and passive and responded with arrogance, as if she assumed I'm a cheap tipper (I'm not but as a former server myself, I pay attention to good service and reward generously): She's obviously a veteran who could give just minimal service without eye contact by assuming incorrectly. She startled me by slamming my water on the table while I waited reading news on my phone. She wasn't friendly at all and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She didn't ask me if I needed anything else when she brought my meal. For someone who depends on tips she gave awful service. The food was good and the wait time mediocre but if I were the owner or manager I'd get rid of this server and teach my staff real quality customer service. IHOP was a let down.

Worst. Said over medium on eggs they brought some raw eggs the white part wasn’t even cooked. Got salmonella poisoning. Served me literally raw eggs had to send them back but the bacteria was already on my fork and plate. Slimy raw stuff all over my plate. Trash chefs. 2 and a half day sickness. I will never go here again. Chefs are clueless

Parking difficult due to steep incline. No gluten free options. Otherwise traditional, what you would expect, breakfast place with many syrups.

Food: The syrups are outstanding! Blueberry, strawberry, Boysenberry and Old fashioned. Pancakes are fluffy and the omelletes are tasty and well-stuffed. People. Typical. No smiles. Price. Starts from $11 per plate Place. Quiet small. Needs little improvement on the ambiance.

Went for a breakfast dinner tonight at 5pm w/my Pops & older brother. We were too busy eating to take any pics, tho. 😋😁 Food was good (hash browns & bacon were perfectly crispy & eggs were done just medium but still runny enough for the crispy toast. 👍) Service was a bit slow & there really weren't very many other patrons, so I dont know why. Hit the spot tho, for sure.
