Sonic Drive-in

The food was quite good and the service was friendly though not overly so. I'm swayed because the app never works in the morning to "confirm and pay"; and the manager doesn't seem to care. I care. I like using the app b/c I can see and track my changes, pay in advance and be on my way sooner. Grr! Fix the app at this location so I don't have to keep going to BK or McD's for breakfast.

We order 3 drinks 2 of which were iced tea and one ice water. The tea came out with absolutely no ice and the water tasted like seltzer water and was supposed to be ice water. We called back in and they said they would be out to get them. We waited and waited and then we drove off as no one made an effort to fix the problem. I am very disappointed in this Sonic as we have never had that poor of service before. I wasted my money!

Was there this morning. When I pulled into a stall I was 1 of 3 vehicles at the business. Ordered 3 drinks on the app and checked in. Approximately 10 minutes later the screen told me my order was being delivered. 5 minutes later I pushed the button and asked about my order and was told they were working on it. Another 5 minutes later I pushed the button again and was told it would be out soon. From the time I placed my order to receiving my 3 drinks was 23 minutes when I was 1 of 3 customers. Will never stop here again. Worst Sonic I have been to. I usually stop there at least 3 times a week but no more.

Consistently the worst service of any Sonic that I visit in a five-state area. Ordered on the app this morning, when I arrived the order was brought to me and the car hop read it off to me, I advised her that the drink was not correct and was told that it was. I showed her the emailed reciept for the order and she argued that it did not match what was on her tablet. Do u asked that since there was obviously some sort of error could she correct it and she said no. That orders placed on line could not be changed? I pointed our correcting the mistake wasnt changing the order, and she still refused. So I asked :"to clarify you are not willing to correct this even though my receipt shows this is not what I ordered" and again she said there was no mistake on ther order. I then asked to speak to a manager and she pointed out a tag on her shirt showing that she was a manager... Last time I will bother stopping at this location. I would like to thank the Sonic customer service rep who took my call when I called their corporate office to complain for their time and professionalism. I like Sonic as a whole, but the Hays, Ks location is terrible.
