Exceptional service at this location. They were a little busy when we got in but we were handled in a timely manner. Then as we were eating the manager (I believe) Prag offered us bbq wings that were made extra. My 4 year old nephew was also sitting at the bar playing on the phone and Prag sparked a conversation with him and offered him a free milkshake! The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone was greeted in and out the door. We will definitely be returning when in the area. The burgers were amazing!!!! Juicy and yummy!

Burgerim was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. I have never been into this restaurant before so the order was a little different for me then a traditional menu in my hand. The staff was exceptionally patient and explained everything on the menu to me that I asked about. I forget exactly what I ordered because I'm writing this review over a month later but I do recall I seasoning that I for my French fries that was exceptional and delicious

Excellent food (particularly the chicken strip apps). Really well cooked burgers. Only drawback is there is nothing to absorb sound so it is noisy and there's not enough tables inside (just 3) and a heck of a lot of booths (I hate booths). Also, go when school is in session or be prepared to be invaded by the high school crowd from across the street.

Have eaten here a couple of times now and each experience has been nice. The food is pretty darn good, and I like having the options of different type of meat, cheese and toppings. I had the wings tonight with my burgers and they are pretty darn good too. Don't expect 300 wing sauces, because they are not a wing place. But what they have are very good. The staff was friendly and despite having to fight with the register over some pricing issues (due to corporate changes), our cashier kept her composure and apologized. She also asked if we were military, which I liked because many businesses do not go out of their way to ask. We also spoke to one of the co-owners while waiting for our food and he was very friendly and enthusiastic. This was an overall good experience and we highly recommend this establishment.

I've been in twice already this week. Food is cooked to order, FRESH. Fantastic seasoning on their signature burgers - so far, I've tried the Falafel, Merguez Beef and Lamb. All cooked perfectly. If they're busy, it might be a little wait but it's totally worth it! Their fries are great and onion rings too. If you have any room left, try the wings. They're delicious!
