The Cooper Door is an experience in fine dining. We enjoyed so much we came back twice on our vacation week.
We both had the lobster bisque to start, excellent. We had the Filet and shrimp dish also excellent. We finished with bread pudding a la mode, seriously delicious. Our waiter Mark was fantastic, knowledgeable, fun and old school professional. Made both our nights at the Restaurant unforgettable. Not to be missed if in Haynesville NC. The Chef Dennis also was delightful. We will definitely be back again
The food was some of the best I've ever had. I was so impressed by the great atmosphere, impeccable service (Ethan was great!), and delicious food. There were many options, and everything I tried (caviar, scallops, lamb, duck, steak, wine, pastries, bread pudding) was cooked to perfection.

We came with a group of nine people for a 20 year reunion and had an absolutely wonderful visit in the Sinclair room. Tony took magnificent care of us at the table and Holly made sure we were well tended behind the bar. Keep up the fantastic work my friends. Favorite. Restaurant. Ever.
Unbelievable service and dinning experience in such an unexpected little town! From start to finish it was amazing! Cocktails, appetizers, main entrees, and dessert with coffee. Every bite was a delight!
Ok This is the nicest restaurant I have ever visited EVER. The food was so beautiful and delicious. The service and staff were attentive and knowledgeable. Chef Dennis is an extremely talented chef. Picture- soup of the day -lobster bisque and it was FULL of fresh lobster.

This is where my husband decided to take me for our anniversary. We were greeted by the owner when we first walked in and had a lovely chat. Our server Amy was extremely knowledgeable with the menu and walked us through it. The food and drinks were amazing. A friend had told us to try the bananas foster. Spot on one of the best desserts I've ever had! What a great experience all around!
Get place to eat but you have to make reservations but we'll worth it. The food is great the people treat you like you live there. The restaurant is very nice inside and well thought out. My wife and I had a filet ,shrimp, garlic mashed potatoes, green beans . Also came with desert bread pudding for mine my wife had flourless chocolate cake. All great.
Another wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. Food was outstanding as well as our server! We will be returning.
The steak is the best I’ve ever had. They even had a candle in my dessert because they heard it was my birthday.Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Highly recommend. 3rd visit and we will be back ❤️
