Rally's Hamburgers

Hey everyone today I tried Rally's in Hawthorne CA and I must say well done. Entering the drive-through can be a little confusing however the line moved quickly. My food was fresh and hot. Napkins were in my bag with dipping sauce for my nuggets. The staff was friendly and the portions per price was perfect. I look forward to my next order of fries. So far I have one other restaurant were the fries are killer. "I Tried It"

Absolutely the worst. Fries were LITERALLY cold. Not warm, nooooo COLD. The burger was made sloppy and thrown together, oh and they gave me THE WRONG SODA (which I didn't even realize until I got back to my hotel room).As I've never actually been to a Rally's this restaurant will definitely prevent me from ever returning to ANY Rally's. How unfortunate and a waste of money.

Staff isn't well-mannered, Yan Carlo (person that "took my order") was ill-natured while taking my order. The food was very disappointing and the quality of the food is poor. I got a chicken sandwich and the chicken was smaller than the buns themselves. I tried contacting them about the situation and they wouldn't pick up any of my calls. It was only until I used another phone number that's when they decided to pick up which only makes me think that they were intentionally ignoring my calls. I don't have plans to return anymore. Its ashamed since I do like Rally's in general but I would recommend to ignore this chain and go eat at another Rally's chain or another restaurant entirely.
