Mcdonald's

No matter which McDonald's I go to something is always messed up with my order. I check it every time before I leave the drive thru cause something is always missing. Will not even get a straw sometimes and ice cream machine is always broken. It's getting hot out you don't need your ice cream machine down all the time. That's all the McDonald's.

I went this McDonald location today with my kids. After paid at the first window, I asked for my credit card receipt. The girl at cashier said: print machine was broke, go to the next window to get the receipt. No apology, no sorry. I went to the next window and asked for the receipt, the girls inside the house began looking at me. They laughed and joked. They said I should go back the first window to get it. I said how could I go back and forth, and I asked them I would like to speak to the manager. The manager came out and criticized me right away why I was angry. No apology, no sorry. I said I was not angry, and did she know her employers was laughing and joking about me? And I said I just wanted the receipt, that is all. Monica, the manager name told me to move to the front. I waited 5 minutes, she came out and gave me a paper with her writing about cost I spent on my food. I have never seen anything like this. Purchasing thing without having a receipt and making fun with the customer. Even sometime the cashier do not print the receipt, like at WAWA, cashier still asks me, or say an apolozy.

Order was wrong, staff at the window was super rude. Handed me everything with her back turned to me, no personality. Young lady in front was very nice when I went to get my order corrected. A young man came up, grabbed the food while I was speaking to the young lady and hollered "YUUUUUUR", interrupting me and the person trying to fix my order. Very unprofessional. And they want 15/hr?

Hands down the nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to! It was clean, nice decor, and all the employees were super nice. The food was ready quickly and delivered to our table before we could even sit down :) The nicest McDonald’s experience I ever had. They were all so kind to my toddler too. He didn’t want to leave.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff. It’s a new Mcdonalds with ordering kiosks and self serve fountain drinks. Decor is hip, couches, benches, high table seating areas. Lots of options. Cleaning wipes as well to wipe down tables. Quarter pounder was pink and staff took it back without issue and made a fresh new one with no issues. I would’ve rated it at 5 if the bathroom cleanliness was better - customers contribute to the unhygienic conditions but you expect staff to keep up. Additionally fountain area was sticky and messy; again I understand customers role in this but staff could’ve cleaned. When I went we were the only customers seated inside and no one came the entire time to wipe down any tables or fountain area. Overall love the new concept Mcdonalds!
