Crawfish were tasty, with a bit of salt and not overly spicy. If you enjoy a milder crawfish, this is your spot. They were perfectly cooked and I didn’t need to peel them at all to eat them. Just know that they do not have indoor air conditioning, but with the insane number of fans it wasn’t unpleasant, even on a warm evening
The absolute freshest Crawfish ever. I ate 5 lbs by myself and did not get a single dead one in the two batches I ordered. How is that possible. Their Boudin is a must try item!!

Best crawfish in the Bossier/Haughton area. The prices are competitive but overall reasonable with the market. They are normally super yummy! The lines can be long but they go by quickly.
One the best in the area! Dining room is an enclosed patio. Crawfish have some surprisingly large ones this early in the year. All drinks individual - bottles of water or beer and canned sodas. They also sell daiquiris for dine in or pick up. My (now grown) kids always said their fried chicken was "top 10" and we all love their fries.
We showed up thirty minutes before they closed. Instead of turning us away saying the kitchen was shutting down, they welcomed us right in. Our waitress was awesome. She was very attentive and sought to meet our needs before we even knew we had them. The crawfish was spot on! Just the perfect amount of seasoning. Spicy without burning your mouth off. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to eat crawfish in a clean , relaxed atmosphere with great food and pampering staff!
