Stopped in today for lunch. There was a line and a ton of pick up orders coming in. The three people working were flying to ensure no one had to wait too long. They greeted everyone with a smile and didn’t make you feel rushed even though they were hustling. Great customer service and great food. Thank you!

They had a clearly new hire. I heard the manager ask the employee to speed up. And said employee rolled their eyes and moved slower!! It was baffling to watch. If it weren't for management staying on top of the situation, the result would have been much worse. So thank you to management for keeping the store running. Shame on the employee that clearly didn't want to be there and should probably never work in customer service.

My family went into the restaurant and I went in ahead of them wanting an order separately so I can pay for my own stuff. Once all the sandwiches were made I had my money out and we were all ready to pay, when I asked for my sandwiches I was paying for separate from the rest but the lady up front refused to make it a separate purchase.

They make good subs most of the time but that’s their only redeeming quality. -They are always understaffed -They are super stingy on toppings and meat -They are beyond slow during lunch hour -Has to stop in the middle of lunch hour to make online orders that have 5+ sandwich’s and the line backs up. They really should turn off online ordering during lunch hour.

the lady working tonight was very unprofessional, acted like she hates her job and was very pushy. she gave my family big attitude after she missheard our order which was UNCALLED for. i feel bad for the other employees that have to work with her, she was being snobby and pushy towards her coworker because she made a mistake which was unprofessional as well.
