Just OK. Even though I rate Watershed as just OK, I have been here numerous times. I like the atmosphere and the beer selection and I keep hoping for really good food. My last visit here a week ago was less than average. We waited over 40 minutes for our food, which were hamburgers. My burger was way over cooked and the cook had put so much spice on it that I couldn't taste anything but the spice.
OK on average--. If you don't mind being in a old bar, the food is what you go for---Just a haor above average!
I go to the watershed periodically and almost always have a great time. Today I stopped for beer and some carry out. I got the giant chili burrito with chicken, which was like a wet burrito on steroids! It was a good choice in a highly recommend. I only wish I had realized it was Taco Tuesday and that all tacos were 50 cents off. I probably would have grabbed a few of those as well (or instead). Nonetheless the food and the service and the beer was great.
If you’re looking for a hole in the wall type of place with delicious food and a hometown feel, this is IT. I used to live in the area and it has remained one of the best places around. Last time I went, I decided to try whatever the server recommended - she said the boneless wings tossed in boom boom sauce was her favorite and WOW was she right!!! I’ve truthfully never had a bad experience here and would recommend to anyone.
Atmosphere would have been better had the service been better. Our girl was very nice but not with it at all.
Family came up from Rochester Hills to celebrate my birthday! Rainy day, onside was pretty full so we couldn't sit in the bar. Took a whole to get drinks out. No On Tap list. No real menu
Food is all housemade, and delicious
Bloody Mary's did not disappoint. Whole reason for the trip! Smoked ribs and wings fabulous, So were the fried. Will definitely try again!

Kid you not, the waitress stated we were her only table, and although, very thoughtful, I tipped her well, she brought ice cold dog water. Slow AF perhaps bc it's all home made, Dem burgers tho, are legit. ⅓ lb. Fat burgers. The FOOD. THE Bloody Nary Specials💞
Came here specifically for the bloody mary and it did not disappoint! Loved that they had live music on a Thursday night. The smoked wings and ribs on the bloody Mary were amazing... Great BBQ food. Service was a little slow given the lack of people in the bar, but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a huge deal. We sat at the bar and our drinks went empty for a bit. Salmon entree came out without the sauce listed on the menu but they brought it after we flagged someone down and asked. Will for sure be driving back to enjoy more menu items.
4 star bar food. It's a great location across the street from Lake Lansing. Great service. The brisket isn't #1 but it is pretty good. The price are fair, service is very friendly and the interior has a rustic feel. From the walls to the ceiling are cover in 1$ bills with personalized messages from previous guests, you can leave one too!
Everything I’ve ever ordered from here has been excellent. And the bar staff is great, super friendly and fast. Definitely get there in time for a Bloody Mary! I love the inferno Bloody Mary, shed bbq plate, and the cheeseburgers. Sometimes on weekends they have DJs and live music and other guests are usually pretty nice.
Food was alright, but the service was great. They made my Theo an unseasoned chicken breast and the staff was lovely.
Good fried fish. Food was straight. Interesting place and atmosphere near seeing the dollars stapled all over. Only gripe is they may wanna wash their mop head before doing their floors at open. When you clean your floors with an old mop head it smells like it and runs the experience and meal. Other then that not bad.
I love everything I've tried at this restaurant. Their BBQ pulled pork is especially good, pulled pork tacos are amazing and not too expensive! Even the music they play in the background is great. I got into the habit of calling ahead though, because they're kitchen hours are a tad inconsistent, but I will keep coming back.
Love the brisket nachos. Entire menu is good. Hard drinks are hard. Great patio, plenty of TVs for live sports and occasional live music. Great hangout spot
