The service was great. The guy forgot to put in one part of the order, he corrected it immediately and was apologetic for the miss. It truly wasn't a big deal and he was definitely not happy it happened. I really appreciated his response and reaction. It's nice to have caring servers, it made for a really nice experience.

Great breakfast spot in Harwich. We ate there 2 days in a row. The omelettes, homefries, breakfast sandwich and blueberry pancakes were excellent.

Such a cute place with big flavor on food! Breakfast nachos are a hit! The service is great, super friendly and not the fake kind either! We live in Orleans and will definitely take the drive to Harwich to frequent here again!

I've been going to ruggies for years and they never disappoint. Despite the line out the door, the kitchen hustles and they're able to get everyone served and tables turned without you waiting 45+ minutes for breakfast. Highly recommend the home fries, best on the cape hands down 👍
