Ordered two large coffees and 1 hot chocolate
They forgot the hot chocolate, so we ended up making a separate transaction for it and they gave our 9 year old son Carmel Coffee...so instead of going to bed a 830pm...he is running around the house high on caffeine...

Messed up. I gotta go back inside now. 🤬😡 Look at my receipt says regular. I asked more black no cream 5 sugar they gave me 5 cream no sugar. They underpaid tho so I understand why they don't care much lol.

One of the busiest locations in Homewood, staff is great and so is the coffee.
The only downside to this location is the drive thru, if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer it's almost impossible to squeeze your way through, very poor design...many cars beat up their bumpers trying to get coffee...

Coffee and food is good..the only thing is the bee's in the store during my visit..and the parking lot is small when the drive through line is full you will have to wait just to get out of the parking space..but all in all it's ok

Came through the drive through. Requested a Mango smoothie after being told I can get it without the banana. Damn smoothie has banana in it 😒😑
Then I requested a chocolate cake doughnut, was given a regular doughnut with chocolate icing.
This is the second time I've come through here with some sort of subpar customer service. The morning staff needs to be retrained to listen and pay attention to detail.
