Arby's

The chicken salad sandwich commercial they're currently running made me try this and when I tell you it was a let down, it was a let down. Too much mayo/sauce/whatever used and no seasonings. Also, the service was sketchy as heck. Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order seemed to be oblivious to what she was supposed to be doing and how to deliver decent customer service. I will assume it was her first day on the job. Visited on 5/14/22 afternoon.

The food is average Arbys. I mean its corporate fast food all the lazy, incompetent employees have to do is heat it up. Which brings to me to my recent experience. The employees are rude, incompetent and just don't seem to care. This wasn't my worst fast food experience but its was definitely bad. I guess Arbys has to hire employees from the area and well the area is as bad as the customer service.

Ordered two combos, one with jalapeno poppers. Asked to make sure I got the jelly for the poppers when I got up to the window. After I drove off, I realized I had two large curly fries instead of the jalapeno poppers. Checked the receipt and they rang up the curly fries instead of the poppers. Went back and ordered a large jalapeno popper for about $5.50, and didn't get the jelly the second time. I wouldn't mind the second set of curly fries, but they were cold. Now I know why they don't have anything on their receipt asking for comments on how they are doing.

The Harvey Louisiana Manhattan location is a joke! They close at 7pm and then even if you go before they close you still might not get served! I went around 5:55pm and there was nobody there to take my order. I was left waiting then I pulled up and blew my horn and no one even came to the window. I actually really like the beef and cheddar sandwich and it seems like the only way I will get it is if I go to the location on Veteran's Blvd in Metairie Louisiana because the Manhattan location absolutely sucks! They are giving Arby's a bad rep in my opinion!
