Chick-fil-a

I usually never have a problem at any chick fil a but this location has messed my order up twice before & now this time I got 2 half filled large fries.. if I wanted mediums that’s what I would have ordered. Always check your bag before you leave the drive thru because there is a good chance something is wrong with it.

Poor managment, the workers are always great nice & kind. But my problem recently has been with management. I order delivery often & most times they forget the straws for my drinks or spoons for my soup. I usually dont worry about it because i have an extra straw or utensil. But today I didnt so i called them to let them know hey i need spoons i ordered 3 soups. someone answers and when i told them what happened they literally went mute & hand up. I called 20x after and no answer? this location needs a better management team that can actually provide quality customer service like the rest

Very nice establishment and even friendlier staff. Food was good, as it almost always is. Good consistency in quality. Staff member helped me choose a flavor of my shake. Recommend peach, which they era offering for a limited time, and I went for it. Very nice! I recommend you try it out, if you are a “fruity” kind of person :)

This location rushes and will give you the wrong order & if you need a refund you will have to come all the way back to the store! Brittany is rude & josh is very rude as well. I paid 16$ and was missing food & they stated to me they could not issue a refund over the phone! I would recommend a different location like Metairie, this location is like a Taco Bell or mc Donald’s
