Las Cazuelas

Wasn't disappointed at all. I was expecting a large crowd after 6PM but is quite on this Friday and the food was actually fresh and delicious and clean. The waiter was super nice and spoke more then one language which was nice. She knew the menu very well is very attentive. The Tamarindo $ Jamaican drinks are 👌. Definitely coming back for my next 🍽. Plenty room for parking. Thank You 😃

The food was good and the top shelf margarita was good too. Now my server did not understand me when I asked for water, not once, not twice, but three times. She took our drink order, went and made my wife the margarita herself, but did not bring me water when that is all I asked for. She came back and took the meal orders and still no water. I got up from my table went to my vehicle and got myself a bottle of water. She looked surprised and then went and got water for everyone. When I asked for more water, she took my cup and left and did not come right back. My water showed up later when she brought something else out. Please tell her that it is hot and the folks who are at the festival can be dehydrated and when they ask for just water…..THEY NEED IT!!! I tipped her very well even though I was planning not to.

The food was ok the environment was what me and my wife were searching for. The only problem I had was the waitress gave us the check which was about 45$ so I placed 3 20$ bills on it. She grabbed it proceeded to ring us up but comes back with 2 20$ bills as if I didn’t give her enough money. I saw the 20$ dropped in a chair I showed it to her. My only frustration is the fact that she did not apologize about the situation as if it still wasn’t her fault. I left her a 2$ tip because of my respect for people but I won’t come back! Management get your crew together!
