Taco Bell

Usually our orders are correct and they're fast but tonight all my tacos were smashed. I am always polite when I order my food but I feel like this was done on purpose. We had a huge order and I could understand a few but every single taco? Whether you like your job or not is not my fault. Treat your customers right because without us you have no taco bell and no taco bell means no job. This was the night time crew btw.Thank you!

Night Shift Is Terrible… Seems like they really don’t care about anything. They forgot my Drink that comes with the $5 box. & that isn’t the first time this has happened. Last week it was the same ordeal. & She even asked me twice on what I wanted to Drink.. & I told her twice… There always forgetting something. It’s becoming to Expensive & there always getting rid of the Good Stuff. Only time Taco Bell is worth going to, is after a Hard Nights of Drinking. Cause there the only one open during the late night.

I placed my order at the drive-thru and it sounded like the employees were laughing and messing around. I needed to repeat my order to her. She said the order back and it was what I said. However when I got to the window and she handed me the bag it did not have side of sour cream that I asked for. I got her attention again and she gave me the sour cream. Unfortunately when I got home the grilled cheese burrito had nacho cheese sauce on it after I asked for it not to be on it. Not sure if a manager was on duty or not but it did not seem like it with the way they were behaving. Not at all happy with visit. This actually was the second time this has happened in about a week. Let it go the first time. But apparently it is a bad pattern.
