I love Dunkin’ and I never have a problem anywhere else but this Dunkin’ . The staff here are not trained properly . The lady who took my order today told me that oat milk was not allowed in the frozen coffee because it’s a dairy product . Which oat milk is not dairy . I understand if they can’t mix the two but to give false information is not acceptable . People have food allergies and staff should know their menus and what’s dairy and what’s not .

I am a fan of DD. staff is always pleasant and helpful.
I give 3* only because if you are like me and don’t check your order before you get in the highway - you are stuck with it.
check before and they will gladly correct the error.
By the way, if you are a fan of HOT lattes… ask for it to be extra hot. I have received a few lukewarm lattes and it’s just not the same as a hot steamy one.

Dang. Hate to do this but they keep acting crazy here. Orders aren’t always accurate or of best quality. They never have enough people working. If you go in they are so distracted by the drive thru line that they take forever to even notice you to only tell you one minute over and over. Finally got fed up and walked out. You’re better off at the park road one down the street which is usually fully staffed and ready to help no matter how busy it is.

I got a medium iced coffee and said cream (no sugar) and it’s like they filled over half of it with cream, does not taste like coffee at all! I also had to drive around twice because I didn’t realize the speaker was in the menu board (thought it would be after but was tiny in the middle of the menu). My doughnut was good, a standard DD Boston Kreme donut, but their drinks could definitely use some improvement:
