Know that here they train the employees to be professional. They make the coffee right and the food is good. Still not toasting the bagles enough for my taste, but good location.

Fast service, alittle pricey for just a bagel but other than that, great service and experience. The only negative thing was to staff swearing so much behind the register, used the f word 8 times in a sentence. Skinny Spanish girl

Two stars is only considering it's a tough location. I find their attention to detail lacking. There's never any Cold Brew made and when it is made it hasn't steep for long enough. I'm the only one there and they take forever to take my order because they are always on their phone. How about you refill the ice bin instead of scrolling through your phone, they literally fill up cups with water since they don't refill the ice bin. Donut case is not done properly, counters are never wiped and they mop without sweeping. I saw multiple oat milks and almond milks open at the same time so I doubt they are FIFO'ing correctly.

Manager is extremely thoughtful. They ran out of oatmilk and I was provided a complimentary alternative. He remembered my favorite drink and had it ready before I asked when the cashier was helping me. I'm coming back like I always do

These guys put up with a lot of crazy because of the location but are almost always pleasant. Is it the best Dunkin in the area? No... but it's far from the worst and way better than it probably should be all things considered.
