Kfc

Ordered the 8 piece family meal, chicken was dry and was not edible, it's like it had been setting in a warmer all day, should never been served! Biscuits were hard as a rock. I know kids don't care about the quality of food, and will serve anything instead of taking the time and to make it fresh. WHERE'S THE MANAGEMENT!!!!. Can't do any better than this, you should close your doors. Will not be back! Will go to Danville KFC, or Lee's.

Ordered 6 wings. Go home(30 min ) they were so dry and hard I had to cut them with utility scissors. One small bite and my mouth started burning. So spicy no one could possibly eat them. I call the store manage and shared with her how dry and hard they where and that there we too spicy for consumption. She said, " oh you hot hot wingss". I said I didnt order hot wings. She said they just assume " hot wings unless you order original recipe I told her on the menu not a word was said about that. She said next time you are in we will give you a discount. I said. There would be NO next time How far KFC has fallen or possibly I got a person that was deafccx or t John's is was her career job. If you want it fresh and edible DO NOT GO TO KFC IN HARRODSBURG .

Ordered two of the origional recipe, one piece breast meals. Pulled to the pickup windo and was asked to pull atound front as they were waiting for chicken. After almost ten minutes they came out and brought me too of the extra-crispy meals and was told that the person making the chicken had only dropped dark meat and it would be at least 20 minutes if I wanted to wait for what I ordered. I did not have time to wait so i took what they prepared. The apology seemed very half hearted, almost a "sorry about your luck". When the only two choices are take what we brought you or wait 20 mins......customer service might need a little overhaul.

So tired of this place sat in drive thru line for 20 minutes get to order, order popcorn chicken for my daughter with potatoes wedges out of the wedges then order taco bell for the rest of us no sweet tea and in the middle of ordering get told KFC is closed before 9pm. Told the to cancel the whole order and went to Lee's

When I asked for all white meat 4 times. Twice when ordering and twice at the pick up window but instead got all dark, there might be a problem . needless to say if I ever do go back there KFC I WILL BE CHECKING my order before leaving ..But I'm not really sure if that would work because they might be a special kind of stupid and never ever get it right no matter how hard you try .Probably best if I never patronizing KFC again
