I have seen this place have rude workers but today everyone was very friendly and fast. I think they are hopefully getting their stuff together and fixed. Today was the best customer service I have received since moving to the town one year ago. It was so pleasant so I think they deserve a good review!

Decided to come here to get coffee instead of Starbucks, waited 20 mins in the drive thru trying to get a workers attention so we can order, just kept hearing giggling from the workers on the other side of the mic, so decided to just go inside and order instead, workers were laughing and talking about a car waiting in the drive thru for 20 mins. Honestly Ridiculous & unprofessional. Never would have waited 20 mins when the 2 older ladies were there.

Service is slow cooked bacon was undercooked hashbrowns were over cooked. The lid they put on my drink leaked terribly so coffee got all over my shirt they were nice enough to offer me a different lid I really don’t see how that would’ve helped. I had to throw my drink away because I could not take it with me I didn’t want it all over my car

The new menu roll out are fab. I was in awe after being away from the food chain to find out how well they've kept up! and at the same time they didn't ask me if I wanted my chocolate croissant warmed but it was hot!

This place is awful. They are expensive, cannot get your order correct and sell everything but regular doughnuts. I do not recommend.

Best experience ever sapp bros bathroom has been the best bathroom and truck stop ever they have heated seats and wash for ur private areas. Truthfully the best stop I made. Thank you sapp bros and Dunkin donuts for my great experience.

Slow service, get yall stuff together. 12 mins for a frozen coffee and a grilled cheese. And it's only 2 people in line , 1 car outside. Yikes

Ordered ahead took 30 minutes and still didn't make it to the speaker with three cars ahead of me said screw it and left without my food.
