We had a flat tire on our Ford F150 while traveling North. These folks fixed our tire quickly so we could get back on the road. Truly service with a smile! So refreshing to get great customer service - even complimentary coffee - and they know what they're doing! Thank you so so much!

I have been going to this place for about 2 and a half years. Whatever car problem occurs they diagnose it, fix it, and show me what they did. Great customer service and a high quality mechanic. I recommend them to anyone

I would highly recommend this place! I called about 5 different places to get help with my transmission and Route 11 was the ONLY one to call me back and assist me. I am very happy with the overall service I (and my car😊) received here and I will definitely be back for all my vehicle needs. Thank you thank you thank you!

Headed to Leesburg from South Carolina. Lost the front left wheel bearing in my truck. Stopped at O’Reilly’s to ask where THEY take their vehicles. Dennis didn’t hesitate -“Go see Billy at Rt. 11 - he’s good”.
So I did, and Dennis was right. Went for a test drive, they confirmed it on the lift, and 80 minutes later I was back on the road. When you are away from home and something happens, you feel vulnerable. We all do. These guys treated me like I was a local. Service and quality of workmanship are rare these days - Route 11 has it. If something happens to your vehicle around Harrisburg, VA - go see Billy. He’s good…

We were on a trip, and showed up without an appointment with our Ford F-350 diesel truck. Our truck was making an occasional groaning noise. We could not reproduce the problem on demand. One of this firm’s associates listened to our problem, and had an experienced mechanic check out our truck and confirm we didn’t have an issue. The associate explained that the noise was a fan disengaging. These folks were courteous and quickly fit us in and got us on our way.

Route 11 is a great place to have a vehicle worked on. They're very respectable, they do great work and they have always been able to get me scheduled the same day I call or the day after.

Amazing crew. They squeezed us into their busy schedule for a simple inspection. Unfortunately, it was not simple but they were very accommodating and cordial about it.

When my car's check engine light goes on, my heart was sinking because I had an nightmare with that problem long time ago. And this light can mean a lot of things.
The people in route 11 found out the problem was in complete seal in my gas fueling port. Some debris got there when I fuel the tank.
They removed it, and lubricated it and I was good to go.
The didn't charge me a dime. What a honest and wonderful people out there. They are my go to car mechanic in this region now.
