O Charleys Restaurant

PERFECTLY cooked filet mignon, fall off the bone ribs, best chicken tenders EVER, and a FABULOUS new brownie bites dessert topped with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauces! Our server, Brittany, was fantastic and the manager, Rob, was so kind and could be seen helping servers clean tables, seating guests at the door, and checking in on guests making sure their food was great. Kudos to the kitchen staff as well for hot, delicious food that came out very timely for a Saturday night! This restaurant ran like a well-oiled machine tonight! Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Update: Had dinner again at O'Charley's Friday, September 25th, 2021 and had a party of 9!! Food was delicious as usual!! Our waiter was on point making sure to refill our glasses and mixed drinks (they have awesome mixed drinks), and rolls!! We had a blast!! Great family and friend time!! The environment there is awesome!! (Added some photos) We had a party of 11 and our server did an amazing job!! Food was delicious as usual 😋 Love the atmosphere at O'Charleys!! My fav place to eat!!! I recommend the Chipotle Chicken Tenders yum yum!!

My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I have worked for ocharleys in Columbus for almost 10 years and never have I experienced anything this unbelievable! My group and I walked in we were told an hour wait for 12 which would have been fine but there were SEVERAL dirty tables that could have very well been cleaned off and reset to accommodate the next guests! Then we proceed to order to go which was still a HORRIBLE idea and I knew we should have just left and went elsewhere but gave them the benefit. We order to go I ordered a 9oz salmon with rice and a side salad because they were out of broccoli I did not get my salad... my salmon is about a 4oz salmon and a kids portion of rice. The picture of the pasta is suppose to be a JR. Marinara I was not told they were out of the correct noodles for this pasta for my 4 year old. Its weird how the 4 year old has more food then I do. On top of them shutting down their 2 gos on line so no one could order, they were out of every steak other then the sirloin steak and out of ribs, broc and the club...they also had a sign on their front door that said they're closing at 8p.m sorry for the inconvenience. Im not sure what's going on at this location but this has to be COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and I hope something is done about this.
